Romain's performance at UMass is just the latest highlight in what has been an outstanding senior campaign. Throughout the 2024-25 track and field season, she has proven herself as a versatile and elite competitor. She participated in both the Indoor and Outdoor Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, where she notably placed sixth in the long jump at the outdoor meet with a personal best of 6.13 meters. She currently ranks No. 39 in the East in the long jump.
Earlier in the season, Romain etched her name into Yale's record books by setting a new school record in the 100 meter dash. She clocked a blazing time of 11.75 seconds at the Wake Forest Invitational in April, a performance that stands as one of the fastest in Ivy League history.
