Box Score Ithica, N.Y. -- The Yale women's hockey team dropped 4-0 contest to No. 6 Cornell (18-3-6, 15-3-2) on Saturday at Lynah Rink.
The Big Red jumped on the board 10:44 into the first period and kept their foot on the gas through the rest of play.
The Bulldogs created several high-percentage looks in the first period but could not find the twine. Yale's penalty kill made three stops, going 1-4 through the night.
Junior netminder Tera Hoffman made 32 stops on 36 shots.
The Bulldogs wrap up the 2018-19 season next weekend when Ivy League foes Dartmouth and Harvard at Ingalls rink.
