NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale men's swimming and diving team is off to Philadelphia to face Penn and Dartmouth in the first meet of 2022. The diving will take place on Friday at 5 p.m. followed by the swimming events on Saturday starting at noon.
The Bulldogs have been off since Dec. 9, a 237-60 victory over Southern Connecticut. Multi-event winners against the Owls included
Conner Kang (1,000 free, 200 IM),
Liam Bogart (100, 200 breast) and
Noah Millard (200 back, 100 fly).
The meet begins a busy January for Yale, which hosts Cornell on Jan. 15 and Harvard and Princeton on Jan. 29-30.
Penn hasn't competed since winning the Zippy Invitational at Akron on Dec. 3-5. The Quakers boast a 2-2 Ivy League record with victories over Brown and Cornell and losses to Columbia and Princeton.
Dartmouth's last dual meet was a 159.5-138.5 victory over Cornell on Nov. 13. The Big Green began the season with losses to Brown, Princeton and Harvard.
