HANOVER, N.H. - The Yale women's soccer team played to a 0-0 draw against Dartmouth at Burnham Field. The Bulldogs moved to 4-5-2 overall and 1-1-1 in the Ivy, while the Big Green moved to 5-4-2 overall and 0-2-1 in the Ivy.
"We are really bummed to not get three points out of today's performance," said
Sarah Martinez, The Loring Family Head Coach of the Bulldogs. "We played our most complete 90 minutes of the year, but missed out on the final piece. The quality of our chances today were the best we've seen and we have to do a better job in putting some of those away."
The Bulldogs generated an enormous amount of opportunities with 25 shots in total and 15 on target, which are the most they have had in both categories in any game this season.
"With five games left, we're excited about the quality of soccer we saw today and now we need to show we can consistently play our brand," Martinez continued.
