In Neumen's first season with the Bulldogs, 2025, Yale ended the season ranked No. 5 in the national polls. They were ranked as high as No. 5 in the ILWomen poll this past season.

A former U.S. U19 National Team member who won an NCAA Championship at North Carolina, Neumen spent the 2024 season as an assistant coach at Jacksonville. There, she helped the Dolphins go undefeated in ASUN regular season play and advance to the ASUN Tournament championship game.
