Kate Foeman brings both collegiate and professional volleyball experience to New Haven as the Yale volleyball program’s volunteer assistant coach. She begins her second season in 2020.
In her first year, she helped the Bulldogs win an Ivy League championship for the third straight year, posting an 11-2 league mark.

Foeman played four years of Division I collegiate level volleyball at the University of Denver, where she graduated in 2015 with a B.A. in Social Sciences. While at the University of Denver, Foeman was named Summit League Academic All-Conference in 2013 and 2014.

After Denver, Foeman earned a scholarship to Durham University in England. She played both in both the University League and National Volleyball League.Â

A native of Colorado, Foeman in high school earned All-State honors. Foeman also played at the highest level of club volleyball, as her U18 club team won a National Championship at the Junior Olympics.Â

Since October 2018, Foeman has coached for Northeast Volleyball Club in Wilton, Conn.
