Lila Becker

Lila Becker joined the Yale staff in September of 2025. She serves as the primary athletic trainer for the women's lacrosse team and as the secondary athletic trainer for the men's and women's swimming and diving teams. 

Becker served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Clemson from 2023-2025, working with the men's and women's tennis teams. She was a student athletic trainer at Yale during the spring of 2023, working with the men's lacrosse team.

Becker earned her M.S. in athletic leadership in 2025 from Clemson and her B.S. in athletic training in 2023 from Quinnipiac.

Becker is from Elizabethtown, Pa., and now lives in Milford, Conn., where she enjoys going for runs and walks through the downtown area.
