Yale

Prior to joining the Yale staff, Gaughan served as the assistant general manager and box office manager for the Batavia Muckdogs, a collegiate summer baseball team in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL), in the 2025 season. He managed and serviced season, group and single game tickets while managing a team of interns.

Before that, Gaughan was the director of analytics and stadium operations for the Elmira Pioneers of the PGCBL during their 2024 season. He was the team statistician, coordinated the press box and maintained stadium upkeep.

Gaughan has also worked Super Bowls LVIII and LIX, primarily in a guest services role.

Gaughan earned his master of science in sport administration from St. Bonaventure in 2025. He earned his bachelor of business administration in sport management from St. Bonaventure in 2024.
