NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Bulldogs (16-4, 11-1 Ivy) can clinch their third straight Ivy League regular season title this weekend when they visit Columbia and Cornell.  

Weekend storylines:
  • Yale enters the weekend in sole possession of first place in the Ivy League with an 11-1 conference mark.
  • Here are the ways the Bulldogs can clinch the Ivy League regular season title:
    • Clinches outright Ivy title with two wins
    • Clinches outright title with one win and one Princeton loss
    • Clinches outright title with two Princeton losses
    • Clinches at least share of title with one win
    • Clinches at least a share of title with one Princeton loss
  • Betsy Goodenow on Monday was named Ivy League Player of the Week for the second time this season.
  • The Bulldogs swept Dartmouth and Harvard last weekend to close out their home regular season schedule with a 9-1 record.
  • Yale is one of 21 schools in the nation with four losses or less.
  • Laurece Abrhaham is 7th in the nation in hitting percentage (.428), while Carly Diehl is 22nd in assists per set (10.61).
  • Arya Jue leads the team with a 3.11 digs per set average and 221 digs overall.
